Manufacturing
intelligence,
engineered.

We build the software, the engineering, and the connected systems that precision manufacturers actually run on — led by BISE OS, a live digital twin of the factory floor.

01 — Who we are

Built for the manufacturers
who work at the edge of
precision.

Insphere Ideas serves manufacturers where tolerance, traceability, and on-time delivery are not targets but requirements — aerospace, defence, automotive supply, and precision machining and fabrication.

We began inside a working aerospace parts facility, not a conference room. That origin shapes everything we ship: software that respects how a real shop floor behaves, engineering grounded in manufacturability, and connected systems that turn machines into decisions.

"The factory floor is a living system.
The software should be too."

02 — What we do

Three lines.
One discipline.

Software, engineering, and connected hardware — each usable on its own, stronger together, all pointed at the same outcome: a factory that knows itself.

01 · Software

The BISE Platform

BISE OS — a live digital twin that runs your floor — plus modular BISE Apps that augment the ERP you already have.

02 · Engineering

Engineering Services

Product design, DFM, prototyping, and reverse engineering — delivered by engineers who work inside manufacturing environments.

03 · IoT & AI

Connected Systems

Machine monitoring, predictive maintenance, vision-based quality, and process optimization — bridging physical machines to digital decisions.

03 — The flagship

Your ERP records history.
BISE runs the factory.

BISE OS is not an ERP. It is a live digital twin of your production floor — detecting reality, making the routine decisions automatically, and asking humans only for the exceptions. The floor replans itself every 15 minutes.

  • Advanced Planning & Scheduling — the floor replans every 15 minutes.
  • Activity-Based Costing — every rupee traced to the finished part.
  • Quality & Traceability — X/N/R/W disposition, NCR/CAPA/8D, full genealogy.
  • Engineering Control — no approved ECN, no production.
  • India GST Compliance — e-Invoice, e-Waybill, GSTR-9/9C, ITC-04 — native.
  • Management Intelligence — seven tiers, ~95 live KPIs.
BISE OS senses the floor, decides via its planning engine, and acts — replanning production every 15 minutes in a continuous loop
A live digital twin — sense, decide, act, on a fifteen-minute cycle

04 — The modular path

Not ready to replace
your ERP? Add just
what it's missing.

BISE Apps take the quality, compliance, and maintenance engines out of BISE OS and deliver them as focused apps that sit on top of the ERP you already run — no rip-and-replace. They read your masters, never re-master a lot number, and write back what matters.

Buy one, or run the suite. A nonconformance-to-CAPA closed loop is built into every app.

Built inside
a working factory.
Not a
conference room.

Our software was conceived and validated inside an active aerospace precision-parts facility in Bengaluru. Every workflow, constraint, and alert was designed against real production data — not a theoretical process map.

That means we handle what generic tools cannot: customer-supplied materials, ITC-04 job-work compliance, multi-level traceability on tight-tolerance parts, and biometric-driven scheduling.

When you see it in a demo, you are seeing a system that has already run on a live factory floor.

05 — The common thread

Nothing falls through
the cracks. Every app
closes its own loop.

Raise a nonconformance anywhere — a failed inspection, an audit finding, an asset breakdown — and it is driven through root-cause (RCA / 8D / Why-Why / Fishbone) to a verified CAPA, with corrective actions tracked as real tasks that must close before the loop does.

  • A failed inspection in QC opens a nonconformance automatically.
  • An audit finding in IMS can't be closed until its NCR is resolved.
  • An asset breakdown in EAM drives a root-cause investigation to a fix.
  • An inspection result in QC becomes audit evidence in IMS.
  • A gauge in EAM becomes the calibrated instrument QC inspects with.
Closed-loop quality cycle: detect a nonconformance, investigate via RCA or 8D, correct with a CAPA, independently verify, then close with evidence locked
Every nonconformance is driven to a verified, evidence-locked close

See it on your own process.

Book a walkthrough and we'll map one inspection, one audit, or one asset's lifecycle onto your current ERP — live. No slides. No hypotheticals.
